The Cinco Ranch Church is a simple church committed to helping everyone come to know God, His love and the hope that belonging to Him can bring to everyday life. The Cinco Ranch Church family is a fairly diverse group of people made up of all ethnicities, ages, and backgrounds. As a non-denominational, multi-generational, multi-race church, many people find that this is a great place to focus simply on connecting with God and others. No matter where you are coming from – whether you have never been a part of a church or if you have been a leader in a local group – you are welcome to come as you are and join us as we all seek to change and be more like God wants us to be. We would love to have you attend one of our worship services soon. We look forward to meeting you in person.
At the Cinco Ranch Church, we believe our purpose is to love God, love others and reach the world. This simple idea – based on the Great Commandment and the Great Commission – is also our plan and our process for making faithful followers of Jesus. We believe he will transform us as we focus on his simple will for our lives.
Where do I begin?
Love God
This first step involves worship and learning. When a person learns about God's overwhelming love for them and his great mercy, the natural response is worship. We currently offer two worship times on Sunday morning, which includes a special worship time for children we call "Wrap It Up". We also offer Bible study for all ages and study times throughout the week.
Love others
The second step is about caring for those around us. Everyone needs to feel the love of God expressed through his followers. Our Care Groups provide the structure for everyone to find a place where they can connect with other believers on a more intimate level. There are several types of care groups that meet at various times. A full description of these groups is available online, just click on the "ministries" tab and then click on "care groups." I just know that one of them will be right for you!
Reach the world
The third step is to find a place to serve and reach out. Our Ministry 101 class is a short series designed to help you find your ministry. A spiritual gifts aptitude test will help you find your sweet spot of service, where you find not only what you enjoy doing, but have been gifted by God to do for his cause.
As we all reach out to our friends, families and those God places in our paths, we are transformed by God into the faithful followers God intended us to be.
But the very best way to find out whether we are the church for you is to actually show up and check us out. I know it's hard to walk into a place where it's likely that you won't know anyone there. It takes a lot of courage, but rest assured that we will do everything we can to make you feel right at home – without making you feel uncomfortable. We hope to see you soon! |
